Antony Huchette, born in 1982, is a cartoonist and film maker.

He grew up in a small suburb in the North of France. During his adolescence he spent a lot of time hanging out by the train tracks, where he made his first graffitis.
He moved to Paris to study when he was 20, and took a couple of odd jobs: underpaid animator assistant, mover, storefront painter & many more.

He studied one year at the Atelier de Sèvre and then at ENSAD (Ecole Superieur des Arts Decoratifs) where he graduated in 2009 from the animation department.
His work is experimental and mixes animation and live action.

In 2008 during an exchange program at SAIC (School of the Art Institute) he directed “Notes sur la fabrication des souvenirs”, and in 2009 he directed “Fancy coffee”, his graduation project.

He is the author of “la maree haute”, a graphic novel publishd in 2008 by 6 pieds sous terre .

Alongside is commercial work, he is currently working on his self-published comic series, “love machine”.

He is most passionate about drawing the highway, suburban houses, the city, people in cafes where he works, and his family.

When he is not drawing, he’s most likely outside in the playground with his son or hanging out in records store finding some good music to make beats on his drum machine.

He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and their son.
